Williams and Seligman, Az

Jamie did some research in one of the books Sue and Dan gave us and found two cool little towns about an hour away on old route 66. Williams and Seligman, Arizona. So we decided to take a ride and check them out and they didn’t disappoint. They were old towns basically turned tourist trap but as you can see from the pictures they were fun little towns. We stopped for a beer at the Black Cat bar, one of the first bars that reopened in 1934 after prohibition. They hold the 4th oldest liquor license in Arizona.

Some random cowboy offering rides on his horse
I think she wanted to trade in our jeep for this
Notice the airplane on the building on the right. Not a very good landing

No, Jamie wouldn’t let me go inside
He’s alive!

Or is he?
Watch your hand there sailor
The Black Cat bar

One of life’s little mysteries
These 2 signs were in the men’s room of the Black Cat
All mannequins, except Jamie of course
That’s us at the end of our road trip

Uh, maybe she doesn’t need to use the toilet after all

I’m concerned there might be some cesspools overflowing
