During Jamie’s research she came across an event held every year in Buffalo called Porchfest. A bunch of people offer the use of their front porches and a bunch of bands come out and play from those porches. There were 52 bands playing across an area about 2 miles by 1 mile.

It was about 20 minutes away from our campground so we loaded the bikes onto the Jeep and rode our bikes around the area all day. We saw some really good bands and some not so good ones, lol. It was one of the craziest things we ever experienced and we had a great time. I added a sampling of some of the bands at the end of the pictures for those that are adventurous.

For dinner we went to the Anchor Bar. Established in 1934 this is where Buffalo wings were invented back in 1964. Jamie being the Buffalo wings connoisseur we had to try them. As per the reviews she read the wings at Duff’s were much better, but at least we ate them where they originated.
