After Chicago we both had a busy couple of weeks. Jim did a work trip, followed by a week in New Hampshire to stay with his mom while Sue and Dan went on vacation. Jamie did a couple of work trips and flew to Michigan to help Ashley out with the wedding.

June 13 we headed out to California to meet or friends Jessica and Gunther to attend the US Open in Pebble Beach. Jamie found an Airbnb nearby in Monterey which was very fortunate because all the hotels were booked up. It was a quaint little place that was a converted garage in the back of a woman’s house and was only a ten minute drive from the course. We stayed in Monterey back in June of 2016 and loved it so we enjoyed going back. One comical note. One of the golfers, I can’t remember who now, decided he had to take a leak, like right now. He thought he was getting discrete but as you can see from the video he got the crowd’s attention lol.

After Pebble Beach Jamie headed to Napa Valley for Ashley’s bachelorette party. They got another Airbnb there and had a great time with tasting and whatever else girls do at bachelorette parties lol.
