Olympic Peninsula-Port Townsend

Olympic Peninsula-Port Townsend

Last night I wasn’t feeling that great and I woke up today feeling the
same. So we headed home but on the way made a couple of stops. First was
at a lavender farm. I guess that’s popular here. Jamie got some soaps and air fresheners and oil for our diffuser. All of which I have to admit I liked too.

Next stop was in the town of Port Townsend where we catch the ferry home. We
walked around for a bit then I decided to try going to a movie. We went
to a theater that’s been around since 1907 and still looks like an old
time theater but with updated screen and protection equipment. They even
have an “mc” that opens the show with a description of the movie along
with red velvet curtains lining the walls. It’s pretty cool. We saw
Sully which of course I went into expecting to tear it apart but it was
actually very well done and we really enjoyed it. After the movie we
walked around town a bit and caught the ferry and headed home. I’m still
not 100% but hopefully I’ll get there. Too cold and damp in this part
of the country for me I guess.
