Thursday Jamie had to go to work. I didn’t have to work till Friday but since I had to drop Jamie off I decided to go to NJ a day early and visit the kids. I fed Gigi and her and I feel asleep on the couch together. It was a nice moment.

Unfortunately it ended up being a short visit as I had to go to work the next day. Trying to manage work, our trip and family visits can be tough but we do our best and cherish the times we have, as least with our trip and visits, not necessarily work.
