Horseback riding

Jamie found a ranch that does horseback riding so that was Tuesday’s agenda. The ride we took was about 2 hours long through the woods and up something like a 2000′ climb. I felt bad for the horses but they seemed fine. After the ride there was a steak dinner that was outstanding. They had a barn set up with a full bar and all kinds of family memorabilia. It’s a family owned ranch that’s been in the family for something like 100 years so there’s lots of memorabilia. They have mounts that have all been shot by family members along with all kinds of pictures and trophies won in rodeos, etc. It was a great time and something I’d definitely recommend.
