Woke up the next morning at for a 6:30 breakfast and back on the trail at 7 for another 6 hour ride, this time uphill. I personally found uphill to be better than down but the trail (a different one then on the way down) was still narrow with sharp switchbacks and steep drops. And my mule still enjoyed scaring me. About 12:30 we finally reached the very welcomed site of the top of the canyon. All in all a great trip but I think if I do it again I’m hiking.
