This blog is a journal of our trip across the United States as full time RVers! We started out from Jacksonville, FL on February 5, 2016 with a general idea of where we were heading but no real agenda! Seeing every state was a bucket list item of Jim’s. Fortunately he has an adventurous wife that supports his crazy ideas. When I first proposed the idea to Jamie she said 2 years seems like a long time but said she’d give it a try. After 6 months she decided 2 years wasn’t long enough to see every state so we are now shooting for 5 years, but who knows.

The blog was Jim’s sister’s idea. Being into web designing she told us we needed a blog. Of course, we had no idea what a blog was but she did a fantastic job babying Jim through the process. The purpose of this site is simply to allow our family and friends to follow our journey. And maybe other people who want to do the same will get some benefit out of it.

If anyone is interested in doing what we’re doing we’re more than happy to provide any suggestions or advise. What I can tell you is, this has been the trip of a lifetime.
