Monday we left Vegas but first stopped to have the rv serviced in preparation for our Alaska adventure. Friday we went to the Hoover dam and took a tour. Very impressive. Then that evening it was cinco de mayo so what better place to spend it then Freemont St. in Vegas. That place is crazy enough but cinco de mayo really brought out the kooks as you can see from the pics. We started with margaritas at an outside bar people watching then walked around. Thursday I played golf at Wolf Creek gc in Mesquite, Nv. About an hour fifteen northeast of Vegas. It’s one of my top 100 US courses coming in at number 66 in the 2016 golf magazine ratings.
