Nashville

Nashville

We finally left Michigan on October 7 and headed to Nashville. This was our first time in Nashville and we found a KOA near the Grand Ole Opry that was a decent enough place, although since we booked somewhat last minute and wanted a site for a month we were put at the back of the park in a not so great spot. But it had all we needed and the location was great so we were fine. They even had a shuttle downtown for a small fee. The bars in Nashville are lined up one after another with music playing almost 24 hours a day.
This post includes some of our pictures of downtown throughout our stay. Some of the following posts will include specific tours we took. A couple of pictures I included here are of the Ryman Auditorium. This was noteworthy because it was the site of the Grand Ole Opry from 1943-1974 until they built the current Opry house. We went there for a concert and it was a great smaller venue. Whoever we saw had a good following but we didn’t know them.
